I’m a Functional Nutrition Coach, metabolic health educator, owner of FFWE and creator of the FunctionallyFit Method, where I help women in perimenopause and menopause rebuild their bodies, restore their metabolism, and feel at home in themselves again—without living on salads, overtraining, or white-knuckling their way through another plan.
