Meet Elise
Elise is the Owner & CEO of Functionally Fit With Elise (FFWE) and has been coaching women for over 20 years—both in and out of the gym.
After years of listening to women struggle with weight gain, fatigue, and hormonal chaos in perimenopause and menopause, Elise built FFWE to offer a simpler, more holistic approach to body composition, metabolism, and long-term health after 40.
Her expertise deepened in 2015 when her son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes—an experience that required her to master blood sugar regulation, insulin, stress, and how the body truly metabolizes food. That knowledge now fuels her work helping women balance hormones, lose weight, and thrive from the inside out—without extremes.
As a busy mom of three, Elise understands real life. Her method is designed for women who want results without sacrificing their families, sanity, or lifestyle.
