I’m a Functional Nutrition Coach, metabolic health educator, owner of FFWE and creator of the FunctionallyFit Method, where I help women in perimenopause and menopause rebuild their bodies, restore their metabolism, and feel at home in themselves again—without living on salads, overtraining, or white-knuckling their way through another plan.

I started my business in 2020 after watching far too many smart, capable women do everything right—track macros, train hard, stay consistent—only to gain weight, lose energy, and feel like their body had suddenly stopped cooperating. (Spoiler: it wasn’t a willpower problem.)​

My work goes far beyond calories and workouts. I take a functional and holistic, systems-based approach that looks at hormones, metabolism, nervous system regulation, and mindset—because your body isn’t broken, dramatic, or “just getting older.” It’s responding exactly as it’s designed to under the conditions it’s in.

Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of women break free from hormonal weight gain, chronic dieting, exhaustion, and the quiet frustration of thinking, Why is this so much harder than it used to be? I don’t believe in quick fixes, extremes, or pushing harder when the body is already waving a white flag. And I certainly don’t believe you need to avoid your morning cup of coffee to rid the menobelly!
Today, I lead the FFWE Community of clients through a multi-phase framework that supports women through hormonal renewal, fat loss, metabolic rebuild, and long-term vitality—without burning out their bodies or their lives.
